Adjudicators Accounts

To activate your account for online adjudication privileges you need to add your Badge#.

Contact the Administrator of the event you are adjudicating to obtain your unique badge# and enter it into the appropriate field.

Adjudicators

What you need to know about adding the marks, placements, and recommendations.

Marks and Placements – are immediately available to the participant in their account.
Recommendations – are NOT viewable by the participant. This is viewed by Administrators only.

The event administrator will provide details on their guidelines and their expectations.

Adjudication Comments
Adding comments online are readily available for participants to see in their accounts.

Recording Comments and Scores

Internet services can go down, browsers can cause issues or other mishaps can happen.
Therefore it is recommended to keep a copy of your adjudication in a document as a reference and a backup.

A Virtual Event

Adjudication
Viewing Video Links and Sheet Music options are dependent on what the event administrator has chosen to make available.

When you need to view more than one page at a time.

Open three windows – not tabs.

Right-click on your browser icon, for example chrome.
Choose the option open new window.
You can size each window to display all three web pages beside each other, allowing you to have easy access to all the items you need such as:

Video Link
Sheet Music
Adjudication page

If your Internet connection is unstable, periodically disconnecting and reconnecting, it can cause a website session to expire.

When the Internet connection is lost the website connection can be terminated, resulting in a session expired message if you try to access any page after the Internet reconnects.

If this happens you will need to login again.
